FAQs

Lower speeds allow the machine to run longer, but the cutting results will be poorer than with higher speeds.

If you are looking for exquisite lawn quality, you can choose the high-speed mode, and if you are looking for efficiency, you can choose the low-speed mode.

After completing overall mowing, the machine will perform one additional border cut.

The primary advantage is higher cutting efficiency. The machine records the current map’s shape and obstacles, implementing the most effective mowing strategy with parallel paths.

Although the machine can cut in the rain, it is not recommended. Wet ground can cause mud to stick to the wheels and result in poor cutting quality as wet grass is difficult to cut and tends to stick to the blade disc.

Rain delay means that the machine will work again by default 3 hours after the rain stops and the rain sensor is completely dry. The exact time can be set by the user.

If the machine finishes cutting early in the day, the machine will automatically return to the charging station and will not leave the station again.

If the entire garden cannot be mowed on the same day, the machine will resume cutting from the last unfinished position on the next scheduled day. It is recommended to adjust the schedule to allow the machine to complete the entire garden in one day.

X7 standard lawnmower can’t, X7 Plus lawnmower can work at night.

The X7 has LED lights to illuminate the identification code to help the machine get back to the station in dim conditions

Currently two sets of obstacle avoidance modes are used, AI avoidance and anti-collision avoidance. AI avoidance will recognize the type of object to avoid. Anti-collision avoidance will not recognize and avoid the obstacle if it is lower than 6 inches

Types of obstacles that can be recognized and avoided:
Tables, fire hydrants, rocks, plastic bottles, trees, frisbees, mobile phones, shovels, woodpiles, hammers, hobby knives, box scales, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, hedge clippers, pet toys, exposed tree roots, stumps, couch cushions, water pipes, people, dogs, cats, chairs, trampolines, swings, hedgehogs, flower pots, cables, white pvc pipe.

We have two modes Global setting and Zone setting.

Global setting:
The setting will affect whole zones. When there is only one work zone, the effect of global setting and zone setting is the same.

Zone Setting:
You can select “Zone Setting” in the APP setting interface to set the working mode, frequency, height, etc. for different working zones.

It is set to cut a single work area first, then walk along the edge to cut the boundary, and then walk to another work area.

  1. No-go zone

Description: A no-go zone is an area that the mowing robot should completely avoid. It will never enter this zone.

Examples of use:

  • Islands in the lawn with flowerbeds or decorations

  • Play areas or sensitive areas that should not be driven over

  1. Prohibited zone

Description: A prohibited zone is an area that the robotic lawnmower only does not drive over in the night mowing mode. During the day, it works there normally.

Examples of use:

  • Areas where animals are to be protected at night
  • A neighbourhood-friendly solution to reduce noise at night

  1. Safe zone

Description: In a safe zone, the robotic lawnmower ignores certain surfaces that it would otherwise recognise as obstacles. This allows it to continue mowing unhindered without constantly having to swerve.

Examples of use:

  • Areas with manhole covers or lawn grids
  • Bare spots that the sensor would otherwise incorrectly identify as obstacles

Standard Mode: The machine follows the same trajectory during each operation, efficiently planning mowing paths in an orderly linear fashion. This results in visible vertical stripes on the lawn.

Traceless Mode: In contrast to the standard mode, the machine still performs linear cutting but avoids the same trajectory every time. After several mowing cycles, the vertical stripes on the lawn disappear, leaving no visible traces of the machine’s operation.

Custom Mode: The machine operates in a user-defined direction after leaving the charging station. After a few cutting cycles, the lawn will show the customed pattern set by the user.

  1. PIN code in machine
You need to enter a password for verification every time you turn on the computer to use it.

If it returns to the charging station after working, the machine is in standby mode and will not turn off, so you do not have to enter the password again when you use it next time.

If the machine is not working and has not been on the charging station for more than 90 minutes, the machine will automatically shut down.

  1. With 4G+GPS module (This must be purchased separately for some models )

All operations are possible for the user who was shared, except that they can’t share it again to others and they can’t reset the machine (restore factory settings).

Yes, you can bind multiple machines to one account

(There is no limit to the maximum number of machines that can be tied to a single account.)
